  (1)PVC foam plastic.Using rare earth stabilizer instead of lead,soap and other stabilizers for the manufacture of PVC foams,the resulting foams have high mechanical properties and good heat resistance,so this kind of rare earth stabilizer can replace other stabilizers for the development of high strength and high heat resistance PVC foams.At present,most of the foaming agents used in PVC foaming products are azodicarbonamide(AC)foaming agents.The decomposition temperature of pure AC is 195℃-220℃,which is higher than the processing temperature of PVC resin.It needs to use stabilizer to reduce its decomposition temperature to the processing temperature range of PVC resin.As a new type of stabilizer,rare earth stabilizer can not only play the role of heat stabilizer,but also improve the processing rheological properties of PVC-U microfoaming sheet.It has good internal and external tender and smooth effect,and can improve the dispersion,gas output and the number of bubble holes of foaming agent.The rare earth stabilizer can reduce the effective decomposition temperature of AC from about 220℃to about 170℃,and accelerate the decomposition rate and increase the gas output.It shows that it has good application value in PVC-U microfoamed sheet.Compared with lead-salt stabilizer,the addition of rare earth stabilizer can produce more AC gas,but can not lower the decomposition temperature and increase the decomposition rate.
  (2)soft PVC calendered film.The application of rare earth stabilizer in soft PVC calendered film has improved transparency,improved material stability,uniform plasticization of melt and good appearance quality of products.The film forming,adhesion and anti-fogging properties of rare earth maleate monomer thermal stabilizer are better than those of organic tin,and its transparency is basically equivalent to that of organic tin,which can replace the expensive organic tin thermal stabilizer in the application of PVC self-adhesive plastic wrap.
  (3)Profile.Compared with the traditional stabilizer and its formulation system,the rare earth stabilizer can accelerate the plasticization rate,increase the extrusion rate,improve the material strength,toughness and light stability.It can obviously improve the welding strength of plastic door and window profiles,improve the low temperature impact and outdoor aging performance,and the performance and price ratio is better.At the same time,the rare earth formula has good processing fluidity,stable extrusion,stable appearance and size,and good plasticizing performance.Can reduce the processing temperature,reduce the cleaning cycle.
